
New program to focus on community impact and professional advancement
USC Upstate is proud of its new Master of Science in Criminal Justice program, one designed to meet the needs of both seasoned professionals and newcomers to the field.
The degree program is strategically crafted to elevate students’ potential, preparing them for impactful careers in criminal justice or social services.
The program’s curriculum stands out for its focus on applied research and systematic analysis, providing students with the essential tools to become leaders in various roles—be it in city, state or federal agencies.
By prioritizing these practical skills, graduates are not only equipped to address current challenges in policing, courts, corrections and victim services but also to lead the charge in shaping policies and evaluating programs.
