Efforts to increase transparency in education have been growing for a number of years and span a variety of approaches. What does this look like in the classroom? Though transparency manifests differently in different course elements, it can be grouped into three categories: providing a detailed syllabus, creating assessments that both support the learning process and foster connections and leaving timely, meaningful feedback.
